Credit where credit is due….. I used to buy online from a Northern Ireland company, but their prices have crept up recently, and they charge a lot for shipping! They also take apx 2 wks to deliver.  So I was absolutely delighted that your prices are so competitive, your delivery is free and my order arrived 2 days later! Wowzers! I needed the product delivered by Tuesday but this couldn't be guaranteed as it would only be posted tomorrow (Friday). The support person said that if I put the order through in the next few minutes they'd make sure it got in today's post which was about to leave. A few minutes later I got my dispatch confirmation. I'm getting married in just over a week and have a million and one things to do - in the middle of all of that I ran out of moisturiser so it really means a lot that this person went out of their way to help me. Consider your website and service highly recommended to all of my friends!!!  Emma
